Between marine and limestone-rich lands, caressed by Caribbean breezes and warmed by the tropical sun, our precious sugar canes grow: carefully selected from the oldest species and the most interesting hybrids, once harvested, they are traditionally processed in sucrottes.
The result is a full, rich syrup that releases the essences of a unique and unparalleled terroir in every drop.
Our rum is thus born in the sunny plantations of Guadeloupe, to be then expertly refined in Italy, to preserve and enhance its characteristics to the fullest.

A METHOD

The finest ingredient, directly from the French Antilles, crafted and distilled with the precision typical of Italian artisans.
By extending the controlled fermentation period over several days, we manage to extract more aromas, then move on to distillation in a hybrid Pot Still, which allows us to select only the best parts, to capture the most refined scents, the most elegant flavors.
These particular attentions make Esperia Rhum so intense and exclusive, offering an authentic and surprising experience with every sip.

Esperia is the first rum produced in Italy exclusively from syrup, which takes up the best of Caribbean traditions to refine it with the most sophisticated distillation techniques: the aromas of sugar cane emerge clearly but with great harmony, revealing an enveloping complexity that remains impressed, capable more than any word of telling the passion that animates Esperia Rhum.
