Our 30-day return policy means that after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without needing to provide a justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn and unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically within 10 business days using the original payment method.
